We're looking for hospitality professionals to lead our Front of house team. You will be responsible for opening and closing the building, ensuring staff are following specs and service standards and being an exemplary member of the team. In addition to this you will be expected to report back to line managers on a daily basis and communicate with all members of the team in an effective manner. We expect our supervisors to have a high knowledge of exceptional customer service and the products we serve at the bars and be able to instruct the team using effective briefs and training techniques. You can expect a competitive salary with the chance to gain a 10% bonus every fortnight. You will also receive 35% discount every time you dine at either restaurant and earn 50p bar credit for every hour worked.

In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
