Role Description BeatRush Events is seeking a Marketing & Events Student Intern to join our growing team in London. This hybrid internship offers a mix of on-site event involvement and remote marketing work. The intern will support the end-to-end process of event planning, campaign execution, and creative marketing strategy. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in the heart of our kitchen. Your primary duties include packing orders and communicating them clearly to the chefs. You must efficiently handle 5 to 8 orders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and clarity in English. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, as you will manage reading orders and calling them out to the chefs to cook , package orders, and read customer notes concurrently so each dish is made correctly We are seeking individuals with previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your ability to stay focused is crucial, as any lapse can disrupt kitchen operations and lead to incorrect orders for customers. This is a full-time position, working six days a week from 2 PM to 11 PM. We operate on a single shift, so full availability for this schedule is essential. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the kitchen, managing the fryer section, and preparing starters and mains for completion by the head chefs. When not packing, you will assist with other kitchen duties, including cutting vegetables and meat. The interview process includes a 6-hour physical trial shift in the kitchen, during which full training will be provided, provided you have prior kitchen experience.
