Generate and monitor prescriptions in accordance with safety protocols and clinical guidelines. Run medication management clinics, including physical health checks and ongoing monitoring. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., psychologists, speech therapists) in cases involving differential diagnoses. Maintain effective communication with GP practices and external services, making appropriate referrals when needed. Assess risk at every patient contact, identify safeguarding concerns, and escalate appropriately.
