The main objective is to drive sustainable growth, ensure project excellence, and strengthen Indra’s reputation as a trusted partner in the transport and infrastructure sector. Your key duties will include: Business Development • Define and implement the growth strategy for the UK & Ireland traffic and infrastructure sector., • Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities with public and private stakeholders., • Lead tender processes and competitive proposals, ensuring innovative and winning bids., • Represent Indra in client engagements, industry associations, and sector forums. Programme Leadership • Direct large-scale implementation programmes in tolling, tunnel control, enforcement, and ITS., • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards., • Manage cross-functional and supplier teams to achieve successful outcomes., • Guarantee SLA compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous operational improvement. As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following skills: • Experience in transport, traffic infrastructure, ITS, or related technology., • Strong business development expertise with a proven record of winning large contracts., • Solid technical background in software development, systems integration, or engineering (MEP, electrical, mechanical)., • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills., • University degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). Desirable • Experience working with UK & Ireland public authorities (e.g., TII, TfL, National Highways)., • Proven expertise in tolling, enforcement, and tunnel/traffic control systems., • Spanish as a second language would be an advantage. Security Clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
