Role Overview As a Barista & Front of House associate, you will be the face of Buona Bottega throughout the entire day from morning coffee service to evening wine and aperitivo. Responsibilities • Prepare high-quality espresso drinks (latte, flat white, cappuccino, espresso, iced drinks, etc.), • Serve wine, beer and aperitivo drinks during the evenings, • Provide warm, attentive customer service, • Assist with pastries, focaccia, tiramisu and counter items, • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store, • Operate the till and handle payments Ideal Candidate • Professional barista experience is essential, • Strong customer service background, • Knowledge and passion for Italian coffee, food and wine, • Confident, efficient and personable, • Able to work a mix of mornings, afternoons and evenings
