Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, including Japanese-inspired items and grill specialties. Assisting with the management of the pass during service to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices. Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily tasks and prep work. Requirements: A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
