As a Head Chef in our Brewpubs, you’ll have the drive and determination to deliver an excellent service, every single day. Your main responsibilities include managing the food stock, ensuring safe working practices, you’ll also be managing the food safety regulations in your Brewpub kitchen by leading your team correctly. You’ll take a front foot in the preparation and cooking of our menu, ensuring it leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests and will be given creative opportunities to develop dishes for our menu. We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Cheshire Oaks. Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Head Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.
