For example, a Modern Apprenticeship in a relevant area (SCQF Level 6), OR, A Foundation Apprenticeship in a relevant area and two Highers (English, Maths preferred), OR 4 Highers at Grade B or above., • You will demonstrate full commitment to managing the demands of full-time employment and academic study., • You will have good communication and IT skills relevant to the role and be ambitious to develop these skills., • You will bring your own personality to work to ensure exceptional guest service, • You will have excellent customer care skills to deal with guest complaints in a calm and positive manner and bring to a suitable conclusion, • You will have previous experience of setting high performance standards.
