Team Manager – Warehouse OperationsEmployment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong operational performance. About the Role You will be responsible for managing end-to-end daily warehouse operations, ensuring customer commitments are met while driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead and inspire a team, promote company values, and help shape operational strategy across the site and wider Group. This role is well-suited to candidates with experience in a high-volume, fast-moving, ambient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and mentor staff to create a high-performing warehouse team., • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and adherence to company policies., • Manage resource planning, team scheduling, and workflow allocation to meet daily operational targets., • Ensure warehouse processes—including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory management—run efficiently., • Deliver against KPI targets such as productivity, pick rates, stock accuracy, and vehicle turnaround., • Maintain strict budget control and cost-effective use of labour, equipment, and resources., • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs., • Champion a lean, improvement-focused culture across all operational areas., • Ensure compliance with all legislative, customer, and company standards, including H&S., • Support strategic projects, operational improvements, and long-term growth plans., • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations management., • Strong leadership and people management capability, with a passion for developing teams., • Proven resource planning experience within a busy, fast-paced environment., • Experience in ambient warehousing is highly advantageous., • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels., • Sound working knowledge of H&S, HR and transport legislation., • Budget and cost-control experience., • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems., • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
