Branch Manager Cowley, Oxford £35,000 – £38,000 per year (DOE) Full-time | Office-based 08.00am - 17.00pm (Flexibility needed) MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE TO APPLY! Job Overview New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead and develop our Cowley, Oxford office. This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team. You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery. Key Responsibilities • Full 360 recruitment management, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement, • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of recruitment consultants, • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, • Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance and revenue, • Ensure compliance, high service standards, and recruitment best practice, • Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet targets, • Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment activity reporting, • Share on call rota and Out of Hours Mobile phone., • Must be Flexible to Liaise with Clients with Check-ins on site, (Earlier starts maybe required), • Take ownership and accountability for your branch progress and personal targets.
