Compliance, Health & Safety • Ensure adherence to health & safety procedures and legal requirements., • Monitor and enforce compliance with hotel standards and SOPs., • Manage daily health & safety tasks including incident reporting and audits. Financial & Administrative Duties • Monitor budgets, control costs, and assist with financial reporting., • Manage rotas, banking responsibilities, and administrative tasks., • Review operational performance and set goals for improvement. Performance & Improvement • Analyze guest feedback, audit results, and performance data to create action plans., • Work with leadership to implement enhancements to service or operations., • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team. Skills & Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ hotel management or senior hospitality operations experience., • Strong leadership and team development skills., • Excellent customer service and communication abilities., • Experience in handling budgets, reporting, and administrative duties., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
