THE ROLE As CRM Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You'll work cross-functionally with product, content, compliance, and analytics teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for customer segmentation, campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization. You'll use data and insights to understand customer behavior, tailor communications, and design automated journeys that increase lifetime value. You'll also play a key role in A/B testing strategies, promotional execution, and ensuring all campaigns align with brand standards and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO Customer Segmentation & Insights • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stages, • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app, • Track KPIs including OR, CTR, conversions, LTV, and revenue uplift, • Monitor activity and deliver targeted offers based on behavior, • 2+ years CRM or retention marketing experience, • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns, • CRM/automation platform experience, • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting, • A/B testing experience, • Strong analytical approach and Excel capability, • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects, • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills, • Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, • Experience with Playtech IMS or similar gaming platforms, • Experience in gaming, gambling, entertainment, or online subscription, • Lifecycle marketing and retention strategy knowledge, • Exposure to fast-paced, data-driven environments, • CRM/Automation: Playtech IMS, Braze, Optimove, Iterable, Salesforce MC, • Analytics: GA, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, • Campaign Tools: HTML email builders, workflow tools, • Testing platforms, • Up to £50,000 salary, • Fully remote (UK), • Ownership of CRM strategy, • Fast-paced industry, • Data-led culture, • Growth and development You love data-driven CRM and thrive in environments where you own campaigns end-to-end and can see direct impact.
