Beaumont is partnering with a high-growth UK Managed Service Provider to recruit an Account Manager. This is a key hire within their commercial team as the business continues to scale its managed services, cloud and cyber capability across the UK. The organisation has grown through a combination of acquisition and organic expansion and now operates with a strong national footprint and a sizeable SME and mid-market customer base. We have worked closely with this business and understand how they operate commercially, how they support their sales teams and where they are investing next. Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, with a clear focus on retention, expansion and commercial performance. This is an account management role with real ownership. You will be expected to understand your customers environments, identify opportunities to increase spend and position additional services across managed IT, cloud and cyber security. You will run structured account plans, lead renewal conversations and work closely with pre-sales and delivery to ensure opportunities are qualified properly and executed well. As trust and traction build, you will naturally increase account value and long-term customer commitment.
