Your Role As an MSK Therapist / Physiotherapist at MCR Injury Clinic, you’ll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Aftercare in the form of exercise prescription will also be a key role of a therapist. Beyond clinical care, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the clinic by maintaining a strong social media presence, building relationships with patients, and upholding our core values. Key Responsibilities • Patient Care & Treatment, • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans., • Deliver hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education., • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed., • Provide ongoing support to help patients achieve long-term results. Clinic & Professional Development • Maintain a clean, professional, and organised workspace., • Stay up to date with the latest industry research and techniques., • Engage in continued professional development (CPD) and clinic training., • Actively participate in clinic events and initiatives. Marketing & Business Growth • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage current and potential patients., • Create and share informative content to establish yourself as an expert in MSK therapy., • Support the clinic’s brand by contributing to educational workshops and community outreach., • Build positive relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat bookings. Clinic Culture & Teamwork • Uphold MCR Injury Clinic’s core values of excellence, patient-centred, and integrity., • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and thriving work environment., • Provide mentorship and share knowledge with the team to elevate clinic standards. Qualifications • A degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or a related field., • Registered with HCPC, BASRaT, or STA., • Previous experience in MSK therapy is essential., • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, rehab protocols, and patient care strategies., • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach., • Ability to work independently and take initiative., • Willingness to develop your personal brand and contribute to clinic marketing. The TikTok Live Host will engage with an online audience, showcase products, and create interactive and dynamic live content to promote Scented Aromas products. Daily tasks include hosting live sessions, answering customer inquiries in real-time, demonstrating product features, driving sales through engaging storytelling, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also assist in understanding audience preferences and provide valuable feedback to the team. You will pack orders live as they come through to showcase the brand. You will create flash sales & offers to boost tje brands sales for that day. Qualifications Must have previous Tiktok live presenting experience Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a live online audience. Customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. Ability to train on product knowledge to effectively showcase products during live sessions. Basic understanding of sales strategies and ability to drive customer purchases during live events. Comfortable working on-site and managing live social media activities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with TikTok or other social media platforms is essential. MUST be able to drive to get to our unit. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. This will be a self employed basis and you must arrange your own tax purposes. We are looking for morning hours preferably with some evening work - which will be discussed.
