Our role is to inspect commercial kitchen extract systems, from the canopy through to the final discharge point, on behalf of landlords and property owners to assess compliance with TR19 Grease requirements.Currently, we undertake inspections across more than 150 commercial kitchen outlets throughout London on a routine quarterly basis.Role OverviewInspections are typically undertaken outside normal restaurant operating hours and generally take place between:· 18:00 and 03:00· Early morning starts, where required· Occasional weekend workingInspection reports are generally completed and issued to clients by the next working day.This is a hybrid role offering a varied working pattern.
