    Lowlu Street Ambassador – Kentish Town 🧖‍♂️ Location: Around Lowlu Sauna & Plunge, Kentish Town, North London Hours: Flexible shifts (typically mornings, evenings, and weekends) Pay: £13 / hour + £3 performance incentives per referral conversion About Lowlu: Lowlu is a sauna and cold plunge business. Our mission is to bring the joy of sauna and plunge to as many people as possible. We create welcoming, social, high-quality wellness spaces and want more people to experience them for the first time. The Role: We’re looking for outgoing, confident, people-loving individuals to join Lowlu as Street Ambassadors. Your role is to drive awareness and trial of the Kentish Town site by engaging passers-by, flyering in high-footfall areas, and converting conversations into first visits. You’ll be based outside key busy locations near the Kentish Town site, maximising interactions with the local community and acting as the friendly, energetic face of Lowlu. This is a people-first, sales-through-conversation role, not hard selling. There are clear incentives attached — you’ll earn additional commission for every customer who visits using your referral code. Key responsibilities include: • Proactively engaging people in busy areas and starting friendly, confident conversations, • Explaining what Lowlu is, how sauna & cold plunge works, and why it’s worth trying, • Handing out flyers and clearly communicating offers, pricing, and how to book, • Encouraging trial via a personal referral code and explaining how to redeem it, • Representing the Lowlu brand with warmth, energy, and professionalism, • Sharing feedback from conversations (questions, objections, reactions) with the Lowlu team, • Suggesting ideas to improve flyering locations, messaging, and conversion rates About You: • You’re naturally outgoing and enjoy talking to new people., • You’re confident starting conversations, reading the room, and adjusting your approach depending on who you’re speaking to., • You’re resilient, positive, and don’t take rejection personally., • You like the idea of being rewarded for performance and taking ownership of your results., • You don’t need formal sales experience — just strong people skills, energy, and reliability., • You have strong communication & English skills Requirements: • Confident, friendly, and charismatic communicator, • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations, • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, • Happy working outdoors and on your feet, • Interested in wellness, sauna, fitness, or community-led experiences, • Clear understanding of incentives and motivation to drive results Nice to Have: • Previous experience in promotions, brand ambassador work, hospitality, or sales, • Interest in wellness, fitness, or alternative health experiences, • Local knowledge of Kentish Town and surrounding areas If you want, next we can: • Tighten this into a shorter job board version, • Add exact incentive mechanics (£ per visit, bonuses, targets), • Create a one-page onboarding script so ambassadors know exactly what to say on the street

    As a Mobile Bicycle Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site repair and maintenance services for bicycles. Your role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. You will travel to various locations, offering convenient service to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other preferred venues. Training for our basic/contracted work is provided, once you are confident with those you will move on to jobs with higher complexity and Pay.
