THE ROLE Our Waiters play an integral role within our Front of House team and are central to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to be part of a truly exciting and unique food and beverage offering. Working as part of a highly skilled and professional team, our Waiters are responsible for delivering flawless service at every touchpoint. Reporting to and supporting the Restaurant Manager, they contribute to the seamless daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and library spaces. Key responsibilities include setting up dining areas, confidently taking orders, serving residents and guests in line with Auriens standards, and creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. Waiters are also responsible for upselling, handling daily cash and account procedures. Our diverse food and beverage amenities each offer a distinct concept and style, including: Auriens Restaurant with two Private Dining Rooms (80 covers), The Speakeasy Bar, The Library, and In-Apartment Dining.
