How you you’ll contribute to our mission Working in a fast-moving environment the Electrician will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of electrical installations across RZSS. Some of the things you’ll do: • Working with direction from the Facilities Operations Manager, take the day to day lead to ensure all assigned repairs and projects are delivered effectively, safely, on time and to budget, • To supervise sub-contractors of your own trade and ensure that they complete works to a suitable standard. Assist in arranging access for these sub-contractors and highlight any unsafe practices to senior management., • To be the responsible person for all electrical installations ensuring their day to day safety for staff and visitors., • Undertake all forms of Electrical maintenance work, e.g. (heaters/lighting) electrical fault finding., • Maintain all relevant record systems, inspections and testing in line with legislation for park and building and infrastructure.
