This is an office-based role supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. /n /nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal support experience who is looking to develop their career within commercial property. /n /nKey Responsibilities /n• Providing administrative and legal support to Commercial Property fee earners /n• Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts and leases /n• Drafting correspondence and managing client communications /n• Opening and closing files, conducting ID checks and ensuring AML compliance /n• Carrying out Land Registry searches and Companies House checks /n• Managing diaries, arranging meetings and handling telephone enquiries /n• Assisting with completion statements and post-completion matters /n• Maintaining accurate file management and case management systems /n /nCandidate Profile /n• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary within a Commercial Property department (preferred) /n• Strong understanding of commercial conveyancing processes /n• Excellent organisational and time management skills /n• High level of attention to detail /n• Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office /n• Professional and confident communication skills /n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team /n /nWhat’s on Offer /n• Competitive salary dependent on experience /n• Supportive team environment /n• Exposure to high-quality commercial property work /n• Opportunity for long-term career development /n /n /n /neNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
