Clinical Deputy Manager Sovereign Lodge £24 per hour - £52,416 per annum 42 hours per week (includes alternate weekends on call) Are you a naturally caring person and want to help make a difference in people’s lives? Acting Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities & Autism Residential Service – AV1852 Location: Wrexham, North East Wales Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5-months) Salary: £50,000.00 P/A Service Type: Residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism (5 residents) About the Service Avon Search and Selection are excited to be working with a Care provider of choice to help them source an experienced Home Manager to join their team at one their Private Specialist care facilities in North East Wales. The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the home and drive excellence in care, leadership, and compliance. As the CIW Registered Manager , you will have full accountability for the day-to-day management of the service and for ensuring compliance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and associated regulations. You will provide strong, visible leadership to your team while ensuring the people we support receive outstanding, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
