Working closely with the EHS Manager, youll help develop, implement and continually improve our ISO-accredited EHS Management Systems, ensuring we meet the highest standards of legal compliance, sustainability and operational excellence.Youll take ownership of key governance activities across the site, from managing environmental permits and chemical compliance, to coordinating audits, analysing performance data, driving risk reduction and supporting incident investigations. Your work will directly support every operational area on site, helping us maintain compliance, protect our people and the environment, and build long-term resilience in a fast-moving, high-tech environment. Nexperia Manchester employ over 1000 talented individuals working together to produce over 14,000 semiconductor wafers each week. Senior Housing Officer (known as Neighbourhood Services Manager) Location: Cheshire As a Neighbourhood Services Manager you will be the key contact for all customers within a defined patch of properties. You will deliver a comprehensive and responsive housing management service, with the aim of supporting and empowering customers to resolve issues and making them more independent. You will also be supporting those most vulnerable in our communities. The role involves liaising with customers and undertaking tasks whilst being visible on your patch and using all available resources with the objective of achieving sustainability throughout our Neighbourhoods. What youll be doing Handling tenancy-related queries in accordance with contractual requirements and Great Places policies and the Service Delivery Framework. Providing direct tenancy support in our capacity as a landlord to ensure tenancy sustainment. Undertake the full rent account management process focusing on balancing the needs of the customer with those of the business.
