As our operations evolve and regulatory demands increase, this role plays a vital part in ensuring we continue to operate safely, responsibly and with industry-leading standards as part of a global company producing over 100 billion devices each year.What you will do:As an EHS Compliance Officer, youll play a pivotal role in strengthening the environmental, health and safety performance of one of the UKs largest semiconductor manufacturing sites. Working closely with the EHS Manager, youll help develop, implement and continually improve our ISO-accredited EHS Management Systems, ensuring we meet the highest standards of legal compliance, sustainability and operational excellence.Youll take ownership of key governance activities across the site, from managing environmental permits and chemical compliance, to coordinating audits, analysing performance data, driving risk reduction and supporting incident investigations. Your work will directly support every operational area on site, helping us maintain compliance, protect our people and the environment, and build long-term resilience in a fast-moving, high-tech environment. Nexperia Manchester employ over 1000 talented individuals working together to produce over 14,000 semiconductor wafers each week.
