As we expand, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals; Lead brand development, content planning, and digital marketing campaigns across all channels; Manage social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO; Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events; Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide marketing direction; Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with commercial targets; Oversee design and production of marketing materials and collaborate with external agencies as needed; Monitor KPIs and produce regular marketing performance reports for management. Who Are We Looking For Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or luxury goods; Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution; Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and creative mindset; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite); Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects; Passion for whisky or the drinks industry is a bonus.
