Health & Safety • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation., • Conduct fire safety checks and emergency planning., • Oversee property maintenance and repairs., • Ensure infection control standards are met. 8. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement • Conduct internal audits., • Monitor KPIs and service performance., • Gather feedback from service users and families., • Develop action plans following audits or inspections., • Promote continuous service improvement. 9.
