Objective: MSP Limited are seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Field Service – BESS Systems. The Head of Field Service for BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Systems is a senior position responsible for overseeing all pre and post-installation activities from installation through to operational and maintenance (O&M) activities across a portfolio of energy storage assets. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing a national / regional team of Field Service Engineers, and Technicians delivering a portfolio of service and maintenance contracts from installation, maintenance, through to reactive breakdowns troubleshooting advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems across client sites in the UK. This role involves hands-on work with electrical components, control systems, and hybrid energy solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
