Company: KYN Analytics Job Title: Account Manager Location: Heswall (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Salary: Base salary £30-£35,000 with OTE of £35-£40,000 pa ALL ABOUT US KYN Analytics provides a bespoke data-visualisation software solution built specifically for Estate Agents. Our platform allows agency groups to track company, branch, and individual performance metrics in real-time. We specialise in supporting clients using the Reapit CRM, focusing on those who have (or wish to take out) a Reapit Data Warehouse subscription. Our mission is to help Estate Agents fully maximise their investment by transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable dashboards. Our offering combines: • A self-service analytics platform hosted on Tableau, • Tailored onboarding, • Ongoing training and product support, • Customisation and data-driven performance insights ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a client facing role responsible for managing ongoing relationships, ensuring product adoption, driving satisfaction, providing first-line product support and identifying opportunities for renewals and upgrades. You will be proactive, commercially aware, confident in analysis and clarification of data-driven insights and able to represent both the needs of the client and the priorities of KYN Analytics. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients., • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new clients achieve early success and adoption., • Manage renewal cycles with timely communication and clear documentation. Understanding Client Needs • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business model, challenges, and KPIs., • Identify opportunities to enhance client workflows and maximise value from the platform., • Identify upsell opportunities Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and insights based on product engagement., • Lead client review meetings, clearly demonstrating ROI and product value. Issue Management • Act as the escalation point for client-side issues or technical concerns., • Troubleshoot directly where possible, or work with Product Team to resolve problems rapidly., • Maintain an issues log, track resolutions, and provide insight into recurring themes or improvement areas., • Deliver training sessions and supporting materials to new platform users ALL ABOUT YOU You will need to be an experienced Account Manager who is used to dealing with multiple clients. Strong communication and the ability to lead client meetings at a senior level will be an important element to the role – as will a commercial element with a natural flair for sales as well as customer service. It would be desirable for to have an understanding of Tableau (or similar BI tools) / Reapit systems but this is not essential.
