What will you be doing Were seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to lead the planning execution and handover of commissioning activities on a major industrial project. Youll manage teams collaborate with multiple stakeholders and ensure all systems are tested and validated to meet safety and quality standards. Your main responsibilities will be: • Develop and drive detailed commissioning plans covering pre-commissioning commissioning and start up phases, • Lead and coordinate commissioning teams ensuring tasks are staffed with skilled personnel, • Collaborate with project teams contractors vendors and operations to ensure smooth commissioning processes, • Maintain compliance with safety regulations industry standards and internal procedures, • Oversee system and equipment testing inspection and validation to confirm design and operational requirements, • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime during commissioning, • Produce comprehensive commissioning reports documenting progress findings and improvement recommendations, • Manage the final plant handover to operations including training and documentation, • Ability to prepare detailed reports and manage risk effectively, • Passionate about engineering, • result-oriented, • proactive Qualifications : Experience skills and qualifications required: • Degree in Engineering Project Management or a related discipline, • Proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale industrial or process projects, • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, • Problem-solving mindset with experience in troubleshooting technical commissioning challenges Additional Information : Why join us We foster a community of dually talented individuals who are both entrepreneurs and technology specialists.
