Leaseholder Communication Manager\n\nHalifax (Office-Based)\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Leaseholder Communication Manager to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking property management business.\n\nThis is a pivotal role, acting as the key link between the business and a large portfolio of property investors. You will take ownership of all leaseholder communication, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, meaningful insights while ensuring a high standard of service and compliance.\n\nThis opportunity is ideal for a law graduate or commercially minded professional looking to apply legal knowledge in a dynamic, operational environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, managing all enquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence\n\n * Providing regular updates on property performance including income, occupancy, and arrears\n\n * Producing high-quality newsletters and investor communications\n\n * Translating financial and operational data into clear, accessible information\n\n * Supporting arrears management and resolving account queries in collaboration with finance\n\n * Reviewing contracts, leases, and supplier agreements to identify risks and obligations\n\n * Monitoring legislation across PBSA, BTR, and HMO sectors and advising internal teams\n\n * Supporting compliance across property, legal, and data protection requirements\n\n * Driving adoption of a digital leaseholder platform and improving user engagement\n\n * Working closely with internal departments including finance, maintenance, and lettings\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Law degree (LLB or equivalent) or strong legal/commercial background\n\n * Experience in a customer-facing, compliance, or operational role\n\n * Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret reports and statements\n\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office\n\n * Ability to manage stakeholders and handle complex or sensitive queries\n\n * Highly organised with strong attention to detail\n\n * Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Experience within property, leasehold, PBSA, BTR, or HMO sectors\n\n * Knowledge of service charges and lease structures\n\n * Professional qualifications (IRPM, ARLA) or willingness to work towards\n\nWhy Apply?\n\n * Opportunity to play a key role in a growing business\n\n * Exposure to commercial and legal aspects of property management\n\n * Involvement in digital transformation projects\n\n * Clear progression and development opportunities\n\nIf you're looking for a role that combines communication, analysis, and commercial awareness within a growing sector, apply now or get in touch to find out more
