About the Role Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and Heavy Maintenance Manager in delivering an efficient and optimised service to the business. Maintaining records of Network Rail fleet assets in-line with company policies and procedures. Also ensuring weekly management and contractual reports are distributed as required. • Competent in the use of Fleet Asset management system., • Proven ability to work to changing deadlines and able to multi-task., • Ability to gather robust data and produce clear concise reports., • Timely preparation of reports., • Ability to communicate at all levels. Responsibilities • Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders, including the electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations, • Creating unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders in FAMS and subsequently closing out with electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations, • Creating work arising Work-Orders in FAMS, • Maintaining and update a register of unscheduled faults, • Monitoring of outstanding work orders, • Liaise with 3rd party contractors within the Maintenance department to arrange bookings and site visits, • Prepare requisitions, arrange purchase order numbers and expedite purchase orders, while updating end users on delivery dates, • Liaise with the internal planning department on machine arrival and departure dates, • Review Q-Pulse asset management tracker for asset availability and calibration dates, • Develop and distribute maintenance packs in line with maintenance schedule, • Order repair parts through Harsco stores team and update work arising documents, • Manage the upkeep of the master maintenance tracking excel document, • Take meeting minutes and distribute to copy holders, where necessary Qualifications • Mathematics & English GCSE (or equivalent), • Experience in Excel and Microsoft Access, • Prior experience in an administrative role, • Proficient IT skills Required Skills • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyse numerical data and produce clear reports, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, • Advanced Excel Equal Opportunity Statement Harsco is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and applicants.
