JOB DESCRIPTION: Aftersales Manager, Product Support Manager, Service Manager - Manufacturing, Industrial This Aftersales Manager role is definitely varied! You will have a lot of exposure internally on our site to after sales and presales and dealing with customers too. Leading a small team of product support engineers and office administration staff, whilst supporting managers internally and external customers. Your stakeholder management will need to be exceptional. You'll need to be a strong communicator with excellent delegation skills and the ability to influence people at all levels. Presales, you will support the sales team technically and with tenders, then follow projects up to production. You will also manage after sales issues including product technical support, warranty issues and claims, be involved in ECN's and working with production on after sales issues. You'll need strong budgeting skills, project management experience and be a great communicator.
