We are looking for anAdministrator to join our friendly Fleet team, the role is office based Mon-Fri from 8:30 - 5:00pm. The Administrator will be responsible for the following core duties: • Basic administration tasks in support of the Service Delivery team, • Maintain and update fleet records and databases, • Process vehicle tax (Road Fund Licence) updates, • Manage vehicle de-fleeting and transfer processes, • Handle Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and related invoices, • Support customers with tracking, telematics and vehicle-related queries, • Process DVLA and vehicle registration (V5) documentation, • Reconcile fleet records and ensure information is accurate, • Monitor vehicle tracking alerts and resolve issues, • Manage spare key records and annual audits What We're Looking For • Intermediate level Excel skills, including lookups, formulas and data management, • Confidence using Microsoft Office, • Excellent attention to detail, • Good communication and customer service skills, • Ability to work independently and manage priorities, • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment Full training will be given on all of our internal systems, but all candidates will require strong computer literacy and proficiency particularly in Excel as a baseline for success. The QHSE Manager should be IT literate, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong numerical and analytical ability, and experience using data and statistics to solve problems. This is a role for someone who has grown into the senior end of solar PV design and is ready to take responsibility for how design is managed and delivered across a business — not just for their own output. You'll be the technical authority that the wider team works to, ensuring that designs are consistent, standards-compliant and construction-ready across multiple concurrent projects. You will lead the design function at Myriad, coordinating solar PV design output from concept through to delivery.
