Service Delivery Co-Ordinator Belfast Our Opportunity As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator at Thales, you will be responsible for providing support to our Key Programmes and will support the delivery of services to key customers internationally. The services range from spares, repairs, maintenance, training and the provision of capability for Airspace Protection Systems; you will be the first point of contact for the Assistant Service Delivery Managers with regard to the co-ordination of all support activities. What the role has to offer: You will be responsible for governance across all areas of services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational Service Delivery. As a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator you will support the management of delivering a service as agreed in the contract and ensure SLA's and customer satisfaction are achieved or exceeded. You will play a vital role in developing the business as a long-term service provider, building and maintaining customer relationships, acting as a bridge between the Assistant Service Delivery Managers and our operational delivery teams.
