Role Overview This leadership role will involve managing the delivery of mental health services, supervising clinical and support staff, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and contributing to the strategic development of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of mental health services in Exeter and surrounding areas. Manage, support, and supervise a team of mental health professionals.
