If you have a flair and passion for design, keep reading… Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering creative support across multiple departments within the GGR Group. You’ll help bring our vision of “Number One for Lifting Solutions” to life through high-quality, engaging design across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who is a self-starter, confident in taking ownership of projects and generating creative ideas rather than waiting for direction. You’ll be encouraged to challenge briefs, propose new concepts, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the GGR brand. Working within a close-knit team, collaboration with stakeholders across the business will be essential. Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for the conception, design and delivery of creative artwork including: • Website banners, brand pages, web advertisements, social media graphics, animated GIFs and infographics, • Email campaign artwork, • PowerPoint and presentation design, • Printed materials including stationery, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, exhibition stand graphics, merchandise, vehicle decals and more, • Internal communications and brand materials, • Contributing creative ideas and concepts to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, • Support key stakeholders and wider departments across the business, • Maintenance and upkeep of key technical documentation including manuals and technical documents Capability, Knowledge & Experience: • Minimum of 5 years’ commercial graphic design experience, • Proven experience across digital, web and print design, • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (experience with additional Adobe apps is advantageous), • Confident working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, • Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills, • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability and commercial awareness, • Experience following and maintaining brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries, • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure, • A proactive, ideas-led approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements and new creative directions Education & Qualifications: • Degree in Graphic Design, • Strong creative flair with the ability to think both conceptually and strategically, • Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with colleagues and external suppliers, • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, • Motivated, flexible and solutions-focused mindset Job Terms Fixed Term Contract - 6 to 9 Months Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays 4% Pension Contribution Match Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
