What you’ll be doing Procurement Administration & Support • Assist in managing day-to-day procurement activities including pricing management, commodity price movement, supplier due diligence., • Maintain procurement and supplier agreements in central repository., • Support communication between the organisation and suppliers, ensuring timely receipt of documentation, certifications, and supply information., • Track and report on supplier performance against KPIs (quality, service, cost, compliance)., • Prepare reports and trackers on procurement activities, spend, and supplier performance, • Maintain procurement KPIs and provide regular reporting on supplier performance, spend analysis, and compliance., • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement., • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and consumer healthcare quality standards (e.g., GDP, GMP)., • Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals and maintenance of contract documentation., • Ensure procurement activity complies with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (particularly relevant to consumer healthcare).
