We're recruiting a part-time Support Worker (29 hours) to join our dedicated team at Clouds House, Wiltshire. Working within our fully integrated One Team model, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured and recovery-focused residential environment that supports clients on their journey to lasting change. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Support Worker Team Leader and wider multidisciplinary team, helping to deliver a therapeutic programme built around 12-Step recovery principles and trauma-informed care. What You'll Be Doing: • Supporting clients with daily routines, communal living and programme engagement * Promoting a safe, respectful and structured residential environment * Monitoring wellbeing and escalating safeguarding or welfare concerns promptly * Supporting medication administration processes (training provided where needed) * Keeping accurate records and documentation * Taking part in handovers, meetings and continuous improvement activity * Responding professionally to incidents, complaints and client needs What We're Looking For: • Experience in health, social care, residential or recovery settings * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Calm, professional and emotionally resilient approach * Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries * Organised with good attention to detail * Passion for helping others and working as part of a team Desirable: • Experience in addiction services * Knowledge of 12-Step recovery models * Mental health awareness training * Full UK driving licence At Clouds House, you'll be part of a supportive team committed to transforming lives.
