THE ROLE We’re looking for a French-speaking Client Account Manager to join our growing team in Alderley Edge. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, insight-led results. However a part-time and/or hybrid working model could also be considered for the right candidate. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, particularly French speaking - understanding their objectives, translating their needs into action, and ensuring they receive exceptional value from our services. You’ll manage and oversee the lead qualification process, collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, and support the sales team through clear, compelling reporting and presentations that demonstrate progress and impact. You’ll also play an active role in shaping how we work - contributing ideas, improving processes, and helping us continually raise the bar for client satisfaction and business performance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both languages, written and spoken, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term client relationships, • Strong organisation and project management skills, with confidence juggling multiple priorities and deadlines, • A strategic and analytical mindset, able to assess opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs, • Experience or interest in business tourism, sales, research or lead generation, paired with a strong customer focus, • A proactive, results-driven approach and a genuine commitment to professional development, • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; data analysis skills are a bonus.
