This role requires a strong understanding of D2D or Street sales processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate successfully. Qualifications • Proven experience in D2D or Street sales or a related field is preferred., • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully., • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal., • Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales management and reporting., • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships., • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Well-organised with attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded., • A valid driving licence is advantageous for client visits and meetings.     Manchester-based agency is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join their team. What you’ll be doing -Working hand in hand with creatives, strategists and account teams to bring ideas to life across brand campaigns, retail activations, social content, OOH, digital and everything in between. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work, and you’ll be right in the mix. -Taking the lead on concept development, from first sparks and moodboards through to fully formed design systems and polished final artwork. -Owning projects from start to finish, making sure every deliverable is on brand, on brief and on time. -Quality checking the design work of the wider team to make sure everything that leaves the studio hits the highest standard. Craft matters to us, and you’ll be the person who helps keep that bar high. -Developing and evolving brand identities, building guidelines and toolkits that keep brands consistent but never static. -Presenting design concepts to clients with confidence, explaining the thinking behind the work and building trust through clear, compelling storytelling. -Keeping an eye on what’s new in design, culture and technology, and sharing that knowledge to keep the whole team inspired. -Coaching and mentoring junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them develop their craft. Jumping between the conceptual and the practical – one day sketching out a campaign idea, the next rolling out a suite of assets that stick to strict brand rules without losing their spark. What we’re looking for -Significant experience in a creative or adverting agency. -Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). -A rock solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling across print, digital and beyond. -A proven track record in through the line campaigns and integrated agency life. -Experience working with retail brands and other fast moving clients. -Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and visual. -A collaborative, adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast paced environment. -Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with calm focus. -Bonus points for motion design and video editing skills
