A 400-bin wine list with a dedicated wine team showcases unique selections from Greece and the wider Mediterranean and mainland Europe. Seating 80 inside with a further 50 on a fully enclosed terrace overlooking the market, this is a unique proposition within the area. About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic sommelier to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality.
