Salary above £25,000 Reporting to: Operations Manager Responsibilities Picking, packing and collating of orders for customers Making sure all orders are labelled and stored correctly Complete necessary paperwork and use computer system when necessary. Checking of stock quantitys and dates as required. Loading of delivery vehicles when required, ensuring correct paperwork & quantitys Delivering orders to customers in a safe manner Unloading orders at customer ensuring product is in good condition and checking paperwork & quantitys Ensure delivery is signed for. Checking of temperatures on chilled goods. Weekly plan of cleaning vehicles & checks to be completed. Following goods return policy when bringing back product from customer Ensuring all areas of the Warehouse are kept tidy General Ensure you and fellow employees are always working in a safe environment Follow company guidelines on all Health & Safety matters Carry out checks on any machinery before use in your day to day working. Change of hours required when delivery driving ( ie5.30/6.00 start) Product safety and quality: be aware of your responsibilities and accountability involved with product safety, legality and quality systems through training programs against company procedures and work instructions. Ensure that our products and services meet all necessary specifications before they leave the premises. Observation with a keen eye for detail is required.
