Clinical Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing & Dementia Home Salary: £55,000 per annum Location: Near Newbury, Berkshire Hours: 40 hours per week (Supernumerary, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend cover) About the Role Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager for a well-performing elderly nursing home near Newbury. The home provides nursing, dementia and residential care and is seeking a clinically strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to join a stable, supportive service with a strong clinical focus. You will work closely with the Home Manager, leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
