About the Role As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the team, engaging in the following responsibilities: • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on their conveyancing matters, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process., • Manage your own caseload from start to finish, collaborating with other teams such as New Enquiries and Finance, while supervising conveyancing assistants., • Contribute to the firm’s growth through proactive business development and identifying operational strategies and efficiencies., • Assist qualified colleagues in offering advice and representation to clients as needed., • Seek opportunities for new referrals across the firm and maximise cross-referral potential with existing clients., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
