The role ensures the timely and accurate submission of all tax returns, maintains effective tax risk management and control frameworks, and acts as the Group's principal interface with HMRC and other external stakeholders. The Head of Tax provides strategic, pragmatic tax advice to senior management and supports the Group's commercial objectives within a highly regulated banking environment.
