The Role: Solution Architect The Solution Architect will take the technical lead on client projects, overseeing solution design, architecture, and delivery. You will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance and evolve their systems, while guiding internal delivery teams through planning, design, development, testing, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities • Lead the conceptualisation, design, and delivery of high-quality solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, including integrations and portal technologies., • Oversee and review the work of delivery teams across all phases of client and internal projects., • Define technical, operational, and user requirements during pre‑sales, scoping, and solution design activities., • Act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution., • Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics to solve complex design challenges and stay current with platform updates., • Ensure solutions follow best practices and align with Microsoft standards for configuration and customisation., • Use advanced skills in technologies such as JavaScript, C#, PowerApps, and related Microsoft tools to enhance solutions and create proof‑of‑concepts., • Provide direction, support, and leadership to project teams., • Contribute to sales discussions and planning when required., • Research and propose new technologies or enhancements that could benefit clients., • Identify risks within solutions and communicate or mitigate them appropriately. Required Competencies • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture., • Relevant Microsoft cloud certifications (desirable)., • Experience working within a Microsoft-focused consultancy or partner environment (desirable)., • Technical integration design experience (desirable)., • Exposure to pre‑sales activities (beneficial)., • Strong understanding of modern cloud technologies., • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills., • Self‑motivated with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies., • Proactive approach to work and personal development., • Strong attention to detail and a professional mindset., • Effective communicator with both clients and internal teams., • Strong literacy, numeracy, and documentation skills., • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
