A forward-thinking, values-led company based in East Lancashire is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for 15 months. This is a varied generalist position supporting the full colleague life cycle. You’ll provide day-to-day HR advice, partner with managers, assist with occasional recruitment activity, oversee family leave processes, support apprentices and early careers, and help keep HR systems and workflows running smoothly and efficiently.
