You’ll oversee the quality of education, staff leadership, safeguarding, and operational performance. With the autonomy to shape your team and culture, you’ll be supported by a dedicated regional and central support structure. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding early years provision.\n, • Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.\n, • Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and outcomes for children.\n, • Manage staffing, recruitment, performance, and development.\n, • Build strong relationships with families and the local community.\n, • Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve quality and occupancy targets.\nAbout You\n We’re looking for a passionate leader who brings: \n\n • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-quality setting.\n, • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.\n, • Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.\n, • A track record of improving outcomes and maintaining high standards.\n, • Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider leadership structure.\n, • A child-centred approach with high expectations for quality.\nQualifications and Experience\n\n, • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.\n, • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.\n, • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.\n, • A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.\nReady to Make an Impact?\n If you’re an experienced early years leader looking for a role where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
