The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and profitability of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and operations comply with legal, safety, and financial regulations. Conduct regular inspections and ensure all properties meet health, safety, and housing standards Organise routine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment work.
