ACCOUNT MANAGER As an Account Manager, you’ll join a collaborative commercial team supporting the factory. You’ll manage day-to-day communications and commercial relationships with a portfolio of key customers - ensuring exceptional service, efficient order management, and ongoing business growth. This is a customer-facing, factory-based role where you’ll take ownership of accounts, oversee production scheduling, coordinate with internal teams, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers, ensuring their needs are met. Manage orders from placement through to delivery, liaising closely with production, engineering, and quality teams. Handle purchase orders and support material planning with buyers. Prepare and attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Monitor commercial performance and present KPIs to the senior team. Support negotiations for new business and continuous improvement projects. Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, promoting growth and efficiency. About You Proven experience managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute, with understanding of revenue and margin impact. Confident using MRP systems and handling complex data with accuracy. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (mostly UK-based).
