Job Type: Full time Our Graduate Real Estate Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Land Managers, Development Managers & Planning Managers, or anyone with a natural interest in land acquisition, planning policies or project management. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the Real Estate field. This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip with you all of the knowledge you need: Land & Planning > Development > Technical > Project Management > Commercial Property > Finance Based in our Brentwood office from September 2026, as part of our Strategic Land and Major Projects team, you will rotate through some or all these disciplines across your 18 months programme. During your final rotation, transition talks are held with the possible opportunity to transition into one of these disciplines once all of rotations have been completed The Strategic Land and Major Projects team is one of the largest and most successful, with the skill sets and experience required to masterplan, promote and deliver large-scale residential led new communities from start to finish, including the delivery of major infrastructure. This has given us a reputation that sets us apart. The Strategic Land team operate nationally to secure land and planning consent for residential schemes ranging from 200 to 3,000 plus new homes providing Vistry's housebuilding regions with a supply of consented units. The Major Projects delivery team is renowned for delivering significant new infrastructure and high-quality community facilities as part of our strategic developments. These facilities have included new schools, neighbourhood centres, health services, community buildings, hotels and business parks alongside extensive sports facilities, country parks and open spaces. This place making expertise ensures we are able to create sustainable mixed-use communities, whilst delivering value for its stakeholders.
