An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Asset Manager to join a growing operations team, overseeing the management and performance of major transmission assets that sit at the heart of the UK’s energy transition. This role will suit someone who is: • Technically capable with strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical infrastructure, • Commercially aware and comfortable managing contractors and O&M activities, • Motivated to contribute to the success of a fast-growing business in the clean energy sector, • A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills 💡 Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission assets (onshore & offshore), • Manage O&M contractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and asset performance, • Lead on operational planning, safety management, and response to alarms/events, • Maximise asset availability and contribute to asset/maintenance strategy development, • Provide technical and operational input into future transmission projects and bids 🎯 What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in the UK electricity supply industry, offshore wind, or related power infrastructure, • Strong knowledge of electrical safety rules, Health & Safety legislation, and asset management practices, • Current HV SAP authorisation, • Experience managing critical electrical assets and outsourced O&M contracts, • Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH)

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship, IOSH Approved Level 4 Accident Investigation Course and will be eligible to join the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) at TechIOSH level, and
