Role Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline., • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in operations, maintenance, or service delivery roles, including senior management or director-level leadership experience., • Proven ability to lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex, multi-site operational environments., • Strong expertise in asset management, maintenance strategies, and O&M best practices across the asset lifecycle., • Demonstrated experience in the implementation, governance, and optimization of CMMS/EAM systems., • Solid technical knowledge of electrical equipment and systems, including AC/DC systems, low- and medium-voltage infrastructure, power conversion systems (PCS), and battery energy storage systems (BESS)., • Experience in customer-facing service delivery roles, including contract management, customer support, and handling critical operational situations., • Background in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or other large-scale technical operations environments., • Working knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ITIL, ISO 55000, ISO 20000, or equivalent., • UK-based, with a valid driving licence preferred.
